1) OVERVIEW

Peanut Games LLC (we, our, or us), a company based in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG), operates the Site and App, which offer a variety of free-to-play games. Some games may include optional purchases such as minting NFTs, and some may include elements of chance or betting using our tokens. The tokens are registered under Peanut Hub Limited, a company based in the British Virgin Islands (BVI), which owns Peanut Games LLC

2) Eligibility

By creating an account and using our Site or App, you warrant that you:

• - Have reviewed and understood these Terms, including our Privacy Policy.
• - Have the legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement with us or, if you are under 18 years old, have obtained your parent’s or legal guardian’s permission.
• - Are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, your parent or legal guardian agrees to supervise your use of the Site and App and assumes all risks and liabilities associated with it.

Transactions on the App are managed via various blockchain networks, and your public address will be visible whenever you engage in a transaction. You may need to use third-party services (e.g., MetaMask, Phantom, Rabby, Coinbase) to use the App.

5) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• - Use the App in a manner that is illegal or violates any applicable laws.
• - Engage in cheating, farming, or any behavior that negatively impacts others enjoyment of the App.
• - Use unauthorized software or create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• - Participate in win trading or act contrary to the spirit of the App.

6) Referral Programs

If we offer referral programs, you agree not to abuse the program by sending referral links to yourself or creating multiple accounts. Violation of this clause may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7) Purchases and Payments

You may purchase items such as NFTs through the Site or App. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the price indicated, including any applicable taxes and fees. All transactions are conducted through blockchain networks, and we do not control these transactions. You are responsible for any transaction fees. Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable, including NFTs.

8) COMMUNICATION

We may provide communication channels such as Discord servers or in-game chat. You agree not to post content that is defamatory, offensive, or violates any laws. We reserve the right to remove any inappropriate content and restrict your access to communication channels.

9) Marketplace

Our App may include a marketplace for buying and selling items. We facilitate the platform but are not responsible for transactions between buyers and sellers. You are responsible for creating accurate listings and complying with all applicable laws.

Our services may depend on third-party services and blockchain networks. We are not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party services.

11) RESTRICTIONS

All intellectual property rights in the App and Site are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content to provide our services.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any other damages arising from your use of the App or Site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App. If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. Apple is not responsible for any claims, losses, or liabilities related to your use of the App. You agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms when using the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
